Sarga Update (e-mail)

Carla and Stephanie ...

This email is from Bill -- I thought you'd like a update on Sarga. I know that, if the situation was reversed, I'd appreciate an update.

The bottom line ... all is well and Sarga had a good first day/night.

When we got home, we walked Sarga and Chance around the house a couple of times and then took them to the neighbor's "dog play park" -- a big fenced backyard. Two other dogs were there and Sarga basically explored the place. Then we took her home and let Sarga relax. She was watching everything but was fairly calm. Then we took her on two big walks with Chance. Sarga is enjoying the new smells and, often times, walks with her side against Chance. (Only surprise -- Sarga did want to go over to some squirrels ... but that is fully understandable.) Then I took Sarga and Chance to the neighbor's yard again. And this is why I'm really emailing you.

This time it was just Sarga, Chance and me. Sarga and Chance really played. Sarga chased Chance all over the place. They dog wrestled and Chance was grabbing Sarga's feet. When Sarga chased Chance they were very fast and Sarga was nipping at Chance's neck. They really had a good time! It was beautiful.

They've been for a walk already this morning and Sarga had a pleasant night sleeping in the bed with us. (Chance sleeps in our daughter's bed so Sarga was alone with us.) Also, Sarga has already met some of the other dogs in the neighborhood and likes them.

Thanks again for everything -- your kindness to dogs in general and Sarga in particular. Michelle and I enjoyed meeting you yesterday.

All the Best,

Bill Bristow
